Aoshikang specializes in the design and manufacture of PCBs. All UL-approved, our products are used in a variety of electronic applications, including LCD modules, power supply boards, MP4 players,DVD player, DVB and plasma TVs. We serve clients in Europe, North America, Russia and the Middle East. And last year our sales topped US$25 million.
Product range
Aoshikang is an environmental-friendly company, following the ROHS regulation, we can produce double-sided and multi-layer PCBs (up to twelve layers). We offer a variety of surface treatments including immersion gold, immersion nickel, OSP, tin-plating, silver-plating and HAL.
Factory information
Aoshikang's 15,000-square-meter ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14000-certified factory has 12 production lines, staffed by 500 employees, with a production capacity of 30,000-square-meter monthly. We do all that we can to ensure that our operations are environmentally friendly. That's why our factory is equipped with wastewater and air treatment systems we purchased last year for $1.3 million.
Manufacturing equipment
Our factory equipment, imported from Japan Germany and Taiwan, includes the following: Hitachi high-speed CNCs, auto-plating lines, auto PTH lines, open/short testers, 160 ton punching machines, semiautomatic exposure machines, screen-printing machines and high-temperature ovens.
